Things you might want to know when comparing our  Airport Transfers.

Q.   What forms of payment?
A.  We take major credit cards, cash (Paypal Processing) and Travelers  checks with 
         prior approval.

Q.  Where we service?

    A.  We service the entire Jamaica.

           Negril, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Falmouth, Etc.

    Q.  How far ahead do I need to make my reservation?

      A.  By the night before a morning flight and a few hours before
            an afternoon flight.  More time insures priority service.

                 
    Q.  How far ahead should I be at the airport before
            my flight?   

      A.  Normally one hour ahead of time.  If you are going out
            of country or it is a busy holiday one and a half hours.
           We will take you out at your convenience

       Q.  What do I do if my plane is late?

        A.  We track your flight and will be there when your plane
             lands.  We only need to hear from you if you miss  a
             flight or have a change of plans.

        Q.  How is the cost figured?

          A.  On distance and time from the airport.  Rates are fixed so 
               there are no surprises.  We charge what we quote.

         Q.  Is smoking allowed?
     
        A.   All shuttles are smoke free.

        

Q.  Are there limits on luggage sizes?

           A.  We have mini-vans and can hold most bags including
                 golf bags with ease.  Please let dispatch know if you
                 have excess luggage or wheel chair.

  • Reservations must be made at least two (2) days prior to tour and at least one (1) day prior to Airport and hotel Transfers
  • Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to tour to receive full refund.
  • All tours will operate regardless of weather. (rain or sunshine)
  • There will be NO REFUND for no shows or late dismemberment
  • Meeting time for cruise ship passengers is 45 mins after docking. We WILL refund if the ship itinerary changes or cases where the ship does not dock.
  • For hotel customers pickup times will be sent in your tour confirmation email.
  • A 20% deposit is required on confirmation of reservation.
  • PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a deposit. Deposits can be made by All Major credit/debit cards, echeck or bank withdrawals.
  • Reservations are confirmed on condition of availability of space/ Vehicle
  • Balance due on day of your tour
  • Balance accepted only in cash or travelers check
